As one of the co-founders of Bullpen CRE, Matt Capps has an extensive knowledge of  Atlanta commercial real estate market and business community. Throughout his commercial real estate career, Matt has represented tenants, landlords, buyers and sellers in lease and sale transactions. Matt is an advocator for his clients, helping them maximize the value of their commercial real estate investments.

Prior to creating Bullpen CRE,  Matt had an impressive 16-year career in Major League Baseball, playing for the Pirates, Nationals, Twins, Indians, Braves, Diamondbacks. Matt has also served on various athletic and charitable boards.

Outside of commercial real estate, Matt spends his time with his wife of 12 years, Jennifer, and his two kids, Wells and Caroline. Furthermore, Matt enjoys volunteering as a coach for East Cobb Baseball in North Atlanta and the AYBA Youth baseball program.
