Richard Boyer is the Director of Business Development at Bullpen CRE. Richard has an impressive background in Commercial Real Estate, bringing over 50 years of experience to the team. Richard has been involved in all facets of commercial real estate, from property management to development, he offers a tremendous amount of knowledge to his clients.

Prior to joining  Bullpen CRE, Richard was the Construction Executive for the development of apartments, Days Inns motels and Tasty World restaurants in Georgia, South Carolina, Tennessee and Florida. Furthermore, he was the Executive VP of Construction Development, Days Inns of America, Inc., and a Member of the Board of Directors.

Outside of commercial real estate, Richard enjoys baseball, travel, and being outdoors boating. He also serves as a volunteer for the National Ski Patrol.
